Indoor golf netting for practice rooms, basements, and commercial simulators. Protects walls and surrounding areas.
Our indoor golf netting uses #21 Square Mesh 3/4" knotted nylon with 250 lb breaking strength per knot. Soft enough to minimize bounce while strong enough to contain full-speed drives.

Indoor golf netting transforms any basement, garage, spare room, or commercial space into a functional golf practice area where you can hit real balls year-round. Our indoor golf net panels are built with #21 Square Mesh 3/4" knotted nylon — professional-grade material that safely stops golf balls at full swing speed while protecting your walls, ceiling, and equipment.
An indoor golf setup gives you unlimited access to swing practice without weather delays, range fees, or travel time. Paired with a hitting mat, launch monitor, and optionally an impact screen or golf simulator, you can build a complete practice station that tracks every aspect of your swing — club speed, ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, and more.
Even without a simulator, indoor netting is valuable for pure swing repetitions. Many teaching pros recommend net practice for building muscle memory because it lets you focus entirely on swing mechanics without worrying about ball flight results.
Indoor spaces come in all shapes, and our nets are custom cut to fit yours exactly. Here are common indoor configurations:
Need a net that fits a non-standard space? We cut to any dimensions. Measure your room and order exactly what you need at $3.85 per square foot.
For indoor installations, ceiling-mounted systems work best. Use eye bolts or heavy-duty hooks screwed into ceiling joists to create a top rail, then hang the netting from the rail using carabiner clips or zip ties. This approach lets you take the net down easily when you need the space for other purposes.
If you're building a permanent indoor setup, consider using netting on the sides and ceiling in addition to the main impact face. A three-panel or five-panel enclosure prevents ricochets and gives you full containment from any angle. Our nets can be ordered in multiple panels and joined together on-site.
Place your hitting position at least 8 feet from the net face. If you're using an impact screen or golf simulator projector setup, mount the screen in front of the netting — the net acts as a safety backup in case a ball misses the screen.
The 3/4" mesh opening on our indoor golf net is small enough that no golf ball can pass through, and the #21 twine provides 250 lb breaking strength at each knot. This means the net can handle driver shots at full speed without risk of pass-through. The knotted nylon construction also dampens sound on impact compared to thinner materials, which matters when you're hitting indoors where noise echoes.
Many customers use our indoor golf netting as part of a golf simulator setup. The netting serves as the containment layer behind or around an impact screen. This is especially important for protecting walls and equipment from shots that miss the screen surface. For simulator-specific sizing and recommendations, see our golf simulator netting page.
