Test Protocol

The following photographs and video show drop testing of our safety nets. The drop test consists of a 400-lb bag of sand dropped from 4-ft and 12-ft heights.

About This Test

One of our customers required testing to OSHA standards for their fall protection net, so we custom built the net at our US Netting facility. The forklift lifted a 400-lb bag and dropped it into the net from approximately 4 feet. As you can see in the video, the safety net performed perfectly. We then dropped the weight from a 12-foot lift. The safety net also absorbed the fall perfectly.
